Request NDA review before sharing confidential material. Confirm receiving feasibility, the shipping address, costs, customs responsibilities and return or retention before sending samples. After scope and quote are agreed, we prepare the filming plan and script for approval before filming; review and final-file delivery follow the written scope.
Confirm the contracting and payee names, invoice or billing-document arrangements, scope, fees and milestone dates in writing before payment. Confirm sample intake and logistics before dispatch; submitting a request does not reserve a production slot.
