Based in Zhuzhou, China, we work remotely with clients worldwide. Agree sample shipping, customs and return handling before sending a product. You approve the filming plan before we shoot; draft review and digital delivery follow.

* Reference range for suitable batch projects: US$100–300 per explicitly agreed deliverable, not automatically a full master video or a monthly package total. Batch quantity and the delivery list determine the quote; master videos, hooks, cutdowns and B-roll are counted separately with their specifications and usage confirmed.

Reference ranges, not fixed fees or a cap for every project. The final quote depends on filming complexity, creative requirements, video duration, quantity, versions, delivery specifications and usage scope. Special production requirements are quoted separately; confirm the scope and price in writing before production.

A product and a goal are enough to start. The details below are optional; we can develop the shooting plan and script with you after confirming the scope and quote.

Leave anything undecided blank. Multilingual production is available; the selected language, recording, versions and fees are agreed in the plan. Shipping and publishing arrangements are confirmed separately.

We support copy, scripts, spoken content, voiceovers and subtitles in any target language. Tell us the language and style you want; recording format, any presenter, versions and fees are agreed in the plan. Spoken content is optional.

Tell us where the sample is now, not where your company must be based. We confirm product feasibility and shipping arrangements to our China studio before you send it.

How inquiry source information is used

On submission only, the brief may include your optional source choice, a recognized referring domain, allowlisted campaign labels and a related case. No full referral URL, tracking cookie or visit history is saved for this purpose. Some sources cannot be identified; these hints do not verify an AI recommendation.

Project messages are handled personally by Velnox's founder and checked regularly. Replies may be delayed during rest periods. Leave your product and intended use in a message; we review your requirements before confirming a proposal or quote.

Project coordination uses China Standard Time (UTC+8). Include the time zone with a launch or delivery deadline.

A successful form submission shows a reference and downloadable receipt on this website; no automatic confirmation email is sent. Save the reference and email us if you need to follow up.

Before payment and scheduling

Confirm the contracting and payee names, invoice or billing-document arrangements, scope, fees and milestone dates in writing before payment. Confirm sample intake and logistics before dispatch; submitting a request does not reserve a production slot.
