Display of a product or trademark does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or an ongoing commercial relationship.
Intellectual property
Velnox owns or controls the rights to the website design, original copy and Velnox-created portfolio media, subject to third-party product names, trademarks, music, software and other materials that remain the property of their respective owners. Website content may not be republished or commercially reused without written permission.

Website descriptions are general capabilities, not a binding offer. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Deliverables, revision rounds, timelines, fees, shipping arrangements, raw footage, paid-media usage, territories, term, exclusivity and third-party rights are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement for each project.
