Portfolio status
Each work item should be read according to its displayed status, such as independent portfolio work, product sample provided or commissioned client work. Display of a product or trademark does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or an ongoing commercial relationship.
Intellectual property
Velnox owns or controls the rights to the website design, original copy and Velnox-created portfolio media, subject to third-party product names, trademarks, music, software and other materials that remain the property of their respective owners. Website content may not be republished or commercially reused without written permission.
Service information
Website descriptions are general capabilities, not a binding offer. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Deliverables, revision rounds, timelines, fees, shipping arrangements, raw footage, paid-media usage, territories, term, exclusivity and third-party rights are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement for each project.
Account operations
Any publishing or account-operation support requires client authorization and a written scope. The client retains account ownership, final content approval, media budget and campaign decisions. Access permissions, security, publishing responsibilities, moderation limits, reporting and offboarding must be agreed separately. Account passwords should not be sent through an ordinary inquiry email.
No performance guarantee
Velnox provides content production and agreed account-support services. We do not guarantee views, engagement, advertising approval, conversions, revenue or sales. Campaign outcomes depend on factors outside production, including the offer, audience, media buying, placement, platform review and market conditions.
